Private AI coach
1:1 coaching for non-technical leaders.
Ex-Google engineer, Auckland-based. In 3–6 months you'll hold your own in any AI conversation — then you won't need me. Private, plain-English AI advisory. In person and online.

“My first year at Google, the imposter syndrome was real. What changed wasn't getting smarter — it was understanding a few key concepts, enough to stop guessing. Since then I've coached dozens of non-technical leaders to that same point, so they can lead AI conversations with confidence. You don't need my engineering years. Getting you to those ah-ha moments — that's the whole job.”
You know your stuff, but AI is the one area you're still guessing.
You've nodded along to “agentic AI pipelines” and "inference optimisation" in a meeting, then gone home uneasy. A vendor's quoting six figures and you can't tell if it's real or theatre. The board wants an “AI strategy” and you're the one who has to have the answer — without looking like you're learning it on the spot. That's not a gap in you; it's a gap nobody senior is allowed to admit. This fixes it — privately.
Self-sufficiency, not dependency.
In three months you'll be holding your own in AI meetings — board, vendor, team — or your money back. Most coaching is built to make you need it forever. This is built to end.
*50% refund, 3-month engagement minimum — payable on completion of the full programme.
Who it's for - and who it isn't.
…if you're a business leader making AI decisions without a technical background or confidant to lean on, and you'd rather understand it than perform it.
…if you're technical, want it built for you, feel like you have it under control.
A private program with an end date.
Two 1:1 sessions a month
One hour each, plain English, pitched at your level — not a webinar, not a workshop.
Message any time
Sanity-check a vendor, a decision, a board paper. Same-day answers. Discreet and confidential.
Custom briefings
The AI developments that actually matter to you, translated. No hype, no jargon.
From someone who builds AI
An ex-Google engineer who builds AI — not a commentator selling magic.
Personal AI setup
Get your personal AI sorted — the right tools, set up for how you actually work.
Tailored learning plan
Yes, there's homework. A plan built around your goals, your pace, and your gaps.

Why are spaces limited?+
Honestly, five is the most I can do well. This is something I spend about 10-20% of my time on. And I want to be able to focus keenly on getting you where you need to be. The rest of my time is actually running our company and building AI, for me this helps give back.
How long does it run for?+
We aim for each cohort to last 3 months. However, we don't just cut and run. Some people are off and running at 3 months, others might have a huge inflight project and need more time, we stay engaged as long as you need — up to 6 months.
What does it cost?+
NZD $1,250/mth, less than the cost of one bad AI investment and worth the peace of mind.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. Not at all. I will get to know you; if you've studied a particular field, I can create analogies to that, which will help you understand faster.
What's the format?+
In person, online, coffee shop — you choose. I'm flexible.
